Bad Flu Season Leads to Creation of Antibacterial Money

Are you a germaphobe? Or maybe you got the bad flu that went around this year? Then you might be interested in this.

Would you turn in your old, possibly germ-laden money in exchange for a new, germ-free, antibacterial kind?

Seems in an effort to reduce the spread of germs until a better vaccine to target all flu strains can be created, scientists have developed “clean” money.

There’s only two problems with this…

1. Who Uses Cash?

Sure, it’s still in circulation, but it’s not near as prevalent as it once was.

When’s the last time you used cash?

I don’t know about you, but I can easily go days, most often weeks, without handling paper money.

I’m clearly not the only one.

According to an infographic from ConsumerCredit.com, 80% of consumer spending in the U.S is cashless.

2. Fake News

That’s right. I used my fun new-to-me app to create another faux TV news graphic.
