		<description>I&#039;m half kidding on some of them, Julie, and half serious. But I have no patience to stick any out to see if they&#039;d work. If I&#039;d exercise more and walk an hour a day like I used to, I&#039;d probably be better off. But if I sit my butt in front of the computer all bets are off that I&#039;ll do much of anything. Now I guess I need to worry about un-addicting myself the the Net!</description>

		<description>Interesting diets especailly the first one. My problem is not the eating, it&#039;s the lack of exercise.  The past two weeks I have made myself walk at least an hour a day. I have to admit that I didn&#039;t do it everyday. I have drop a couple of pounds and starting to feel better. I just have to make sure that I don&#039;t stop the walking.</description>
